One day, one of my peers adviced me to try garlic and red pepper. Following his instructions, I mixed the juices of the garlic and the red pepper with some water and sugar to have a sweet taste. I boiled the mixtures in pan til it became brown syrup and I transferred it to a clean bottle. I would drink one tablespoon in the morning and at noon, and two tablespoons at night before sleep. It worked. My cough and colds were gone without taking any antibiotics!
